1. Agreement
By creating an account or using SiraMint, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
SiraMint provides software for recording assets, documents, ownership, approvals, trusts, and professional firm engagements. We may update features, limits, and pricing over time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including approvals you grant and invitations you send. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. Your content and assets
You retain ownership of the information and files you upload. You grant SiraMint a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you authorize.
You are responsible for the accuracy of asset records, ownership percentages, and documents you store. SiraMint does not verify legal title, tax treatment, or regulatory compliance of your entries unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
5. Co-ownership and approvals
When you invite co-owners, stakeholders, or firms, you control the permission level you assign. SiraMint records proposals, approvals, and changes for accountability. A recorded approval in the platform is an operational record of your account activity, not a substitute for signed legal documents where those are required.
6. Professional firms and client vaults
Firms may access client vaults only within the scope granted by the client. Firms are responsible for their staff, billing choices, and compliance with professional obligations in their jurisdiction. Clients may revoke firm access at any time unless a separate contract between the parties says otherwise.
7. Subscriptions, wallet credits, and payments
Paid plans and wallet credits are billed according to the prices shown at checkout or in your admin console. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion. Failed payments may suspend features until the balance is settled.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use SiraMint for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent ownership, to upload malware, to harass others, or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create risk for other users.
9. No legal, tax, or investment advice
SiraMint is software for record-keeping and workflow. We do not provide legal, tax, estate planning, or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect your rights or obligations.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. SiraMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control, or disputes between co-owners, family members, or firms and their clients.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid SiraMint in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid fees, whichever is greater, unless a higher minimum is required by applicable law.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, we may retain certain records as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the contact form or the support email listed on our website.
14. Legacy planning and wills
Legacy planning features (including wellness alerts, will builder, codicils, legacy deputies, personal messages, and farewell videos) are software tools for organizing your records and instructions. They do not create legally binding documents unless you complete any required formalities under applicable law, such as printing, signing in ink, and witnessing a will in Nigeria.
SiraMint may release legacy content to designated deputies or beneficiaries only after death verification procedures configured on the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of legacy instructions and for notifying deputies that access is conditional on verification.
Islamic Faraid and Wasiyyah calculations in the will builder are illustrative aids only. Consult qualified scholars and legal professionals for estate planning that complies with your faith and local law.
Farewell videos are hosted through third-party media providers when enabled. Their availability depends on your plan, administrator configuration, and provider terms.
